.. We do require a refundable Security Deposit for each rental unit ..50% of the total, including security deposit is required to hold unit. Balance is due 30 days before check in date. Please note that check in is at 4:oo pm and check out is at 10:00 am. We rent Sat-Sat and Sun-Sun. Please let us know if you require daily maid service for an additional charge.
Due to HOA restrictions and policies, campers, motorcycles, trailers, boats, jet skis, etc. are not permitted on some properties except in designated areas. Sorry, pets are not allowed ( unless approved at the resort. Please note that grills are not permitted on decks. House parties are strictly forbidden. Some properties may be designated as non-smoking. Violation of any Policies may incur additional charges.
